Executive ChefElie Assaly has always loved connecting people through food. Leaving behind a corporate hospitality position to begin his mission of cooking from the heart, Chef Elie, began his adventure with the opening of his flagship food truck, Assaly’s House of Garlic. Inspired by his Lebanese heritage and its vast culinary history, Elie brings a “good food made by good people” approach to everything he sets forth on a plate. His proven knowledge of spice and flavor brings light to dishes, often overlooked. His focus now is to make as many people smile through food as possible, and what better way to do that, than through a multi faceted catering hub, Catering Unlimited.

Creative Director, ChefClassically trained chef turned pizzaiolo? It’s not the first time a cook has fallen in love with wood-fired cooking and Chef Miki is no exception. Miki takes a derivative approach to food, asking questions that challenge tradition in the relentless pursuit of understanding and creating. His talents lie in the ability to understand classical techniques while never accepting the way thing are, just because. He believes that in order to create you must first understand the ingredients in their simplest form. His ability to bridge gaps between tradition and innovation in the culinary industry is the mission that echoes at the core of Catering Unlimited.
